Hi, I’m Keith – the founder of my humble restaurant. Here’s my journey from the skies to the kitchen.
So leaving the skies of the RSAF to the warmth of the kitchen was really a big change, but one I embraced with open arms.
After retiring, I made a promise to myself: to bring delicious handmade cuisine to everyone.
From that moment, FlyBoy Yong Tao Foo became my passion project — a place where my wife and I, along with my team, pour our hearts into every dish. Each recipe is a story of the joy of sharing good food.

This delightful dish traces its roots back to the Hakka people, known for their culinary ingenuity and resourcefulness. Traditionally, Hakka families would stuff tofu and vegetables with a savoury meat paste, creating a hearty and nutritious meal.
